Accounts
To access the app you will need to register an account on the www.darcroom.com website. Your login details can then be used to log in to the app.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and other statistics (“Log Data”).
In addition, we use Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyse this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. Google has its own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
If your device has Bluetooth and Location Services switched on, and you have automatic location triggering enabled in the app we log when you come within range of Bluetooth Beacons located in the event venue. This is so we can understand how visitors are moving around the venue, and how long they stay in different parts of the event.
Sharing Your Details With Exhibitors
When you visit an exhibitor page you will be invited to share your details with that exhibitor. If you opt to do this the details you provided during registration will be shared with that exhibitor. Only share your details if you are happy for the exhibitor to use this information to contact you after the darc room event.
Service Providers
We may, at some point in the future, employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These third parties would have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and would be obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
